I also have an amazing husband who really loves to lend a helping hand with the business, when hes not on the road that is! When my second child was very small he would wake up in the morning with a bloody rash all over his bum. I tried everything to help him, but nothing I would do would help his poor little bum. At this point I was willing to try anything to help him. I always heard of what a wonderful job cloth diapers do for bum rashes but I was not so sure about the mess, the leaks and the cost, but I decided I had nothing to lose and ordered a couple to try. We fell in love with them! All the horrible stories, were just that, stories! They did not leak, were adorable, so easy to use, and so cost effective it was crazy not to use them! I then decided that I wanted to help every little baby bottom out there! That's when I decided to create Haute Bottoms Cloth Diapers. I found a way to cut the cost considerably and got in touch with a manufacturer to help create my diapers.The business is now growing with sales from coast to coast in Canada and even sales in the United States! These are not your ordinary cloth diapers, these are Haute Bottoms Diapers!" -Neisha</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

<a href="http://www.thirstiesbaby.com/">Thirsties cloth diapers</a> are a favorite among the cloth diapering parents! They are made in the USA and with USA sourced components. I know that this is something that many parents look for in a cloth diaper company! I had heard so many good things about Thirsties from my friend <a href="http://giantbums.blogspot.com/">Meagan</a> that first turned me on to cloth diapering and also from many members of the local <a href="http://www.facebook.com/ClothDiaperUtah">Cloth Diaper Utah</a> group that I am a part of. So, you would imagine that I was beyond elated when I was sent a <a href="http://www.thirstiesbaby.com/products/diapers/duo-diaper/">Thirsties Duo Diaper</a> to review. Most of the Thirsties diapers that I had seen were prefolds and covers. I was so pleasantly surprised to be sent a Thirsties pocket diaper to review.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtpsSODC_byoMJ3HhGCQ-6XE5Zw8dZ3m_l6djJ4Ca8RIY0D_afBGJYtiLU9GZeIw68_wzA2jUCHBsIp3QHmkkdzosvfN9w9xgEIT6EWN923X4X1Ee-114efQh8cE2gye5ubFngxibC23I/s1600/Top-10-Baby-Diapers-Reviews_2067.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtpsSODC_byoMJ3HhGCQ-6XE5Zw8dZ3m_l6djJ4Ca8RIY0D_afBGJYtiLU9GZeIw68_wzA2jUCHBsIp3QHmkkdzosvfN9w9xgEIT6EWN923X4X1Ee-114efQh8cE2gye5ubFngxibC23I/s200/Top-10-Baby-Diapers-Reviews_2067.jpg" width="200" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;">If any of you are like me.... the first thing that you noticed about this diaper is the ADORABLE print! Owls are a big favorite right now, and this is a gender neutral owl print! This was automatically one of my favorite diapers based on the print alone. Thirsties also has many other prints and colors that are just as fun as this one. </div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />

</div>There are many features that make the Thirsties Duo Diaper stand out among other cloth diapers.<br />
<br />
<ul><li>The inserts - This diaper comes with 2 inserts that snap together. "Thirsties' specialty inserts feature two layers of serged microfiber terry snapped together with five serged layers of hemp jersey; seven thirsty layers in all! Microfiber terry is a fast absorber designed to rest closest to your baby's skin (beneath the microfleece sleeve); hemp is a stable absorber and pairs perfectly behind the microfiber terry to add more absorbency and to prevent compression leaking". This is such a great idea! I have never seen another diaper that combines using a micofiber and a hemp insert! This is very absorbent, baby M has worn this diaper on many occasions over long periods of time with no leaks! Some might worry that this would make the diaper seem bulky, but it doesn't at all. Each insert is thin. Even with both inserts snapped together, it is still not as thick as some of my single inserts for my other diapers. </li>
<li>Leg gussets - The leg gussets on this diaper are unlike any other diaper I have seen. They provide advanced leak protection, but are soft against baby's skin and do not leave any red marks. (See picture later in post). We had a situation that would have been a blow out in many other diapers (for sure in a disposable), and these leg gussets kept everything in. </li>
<li>Sizing - These are unlike other "sized" diapers. They come in 2 sizes, and each of those sizes has adjustable rise snaps that make the diaper like 3 sizes in one. So, given the 2 sizes and the 3 settings on each, you have 6 size choices for your baby. This allows for a much better fit than most one size diaper systems will give you. As many of you know, one size diapers often tend to be too big on newborns and too small on toddlers. These diapers take care of that issue. </li>
<li>Duo openings - There are openings at the top and bottom of the diaper to place the insert. This makes for easy stuffing, and the insert will agitate out in the wash which will keep hands clean. There is also ample room in the pocket for extra inserts if needed (for night diapering etc). </li>
<li>Laundry tabs - I did not need this feature since I received the diaper in the snap option. But, for those who prefer hook and loop, this diaper has laundry tabs that will preserve the life of your diaper. </li>
<li>Cost - You are paying for QUALITY with this diaper! A Thirsties diaper is made in the USA with USA sourced components, can be washed time and time again without any worry, is made with fabrics and features that cannot be found with any other diaper... the list goes on. Considering all of this, I am surprised that they don't charge more! You can get a Duo Diaper for $18.50-$19.50 (depending on if you want solid colors or prints). If you are interested in purchasing a Duo Diaper or another Thirsties product, you can locate a retailer using the <a href="http://www.thirstiesbaby.com/where-to-buy/retailer-locator/">Retailer Locator</a>.</li>

Glow Bug Cloth Diapers were created by 2 moms who met in a prenatal yoga class and became fast friends. Each of them has cloth diapered 2 children. When they were looking to invest in cloth diapers for their second children, they were looking for a diaper that would be quality, at an affordable price. They decided to start their own cloth diapering company that would sell amazing cloth diapers that parents could afford. Many parents are afraid to make the initial investment into cloth diapering, and it stops them from making the switch (even though they will save thousands in the long run, the initial investment can be daunting). Glow Bug offers a solution! Glow Bug cloth diapers are very affordable! You can get 12 diapers, 24 inserts, and a wet bag for only $150! For those looking to start a new stash for a very affordable price (with ADORABLE prints), you have found your diaper!<br />

I was recently sent a Glow Bug cloth diaper to review, and love it! I was weary at first as I always am with a more affordable diaper. But, quality is not sacrificed at all with this diaper! I really like the design of this diaper, there are very few diapers on the market with the same features. There is a double gusset on the inside that helps keep in really big messes. There is a double ended opening. The insert snaps in to the front allowing the insert to fit just right. When you have a messy diaper just simply unsnap the insert in the front and it will agitate out in the wash. The double row of snaps and cross over snaps provide a better fit when you have a skinnier baby or a newborn. The cross over snaps are also great to roll up and secure the diaper for when you forget your wetbag. There are Waterproof flaps in the front and the back of each diaper to prevent leaks. These diapers are make with a new Slimdry fabric that you can only get from Glow Bug. This fabric is thin, yet very absorbent. This allows for maximum absorbency while still maintaining a trim fit. Each diaper comes with 2 snap in inserts. My favorite feature is that it has 4 size settings to fit baby from birth until potty training. This eliminates the need to invest in a stash of newborn sized diapers that you will use for such a short time.<br />

They come in great colors and some fun prints! There are coordinating colored snaps for every color and print. These diapers are sold in 3 different packages. There is a boy package, a girl package, and a neutral solid colors package called the Spectrum package.<br />

And with a little douse of water, they can also replace commercial wipes for clean up of sensitive bums. I have been wanting to make the switch to cloth wipes for a while now. I have always known that it would be easier with cloth diapering to use cloth wipes as well. I could just throw them in with the diapers in the diaper laundry instead of having to separate them from the cloth diapers and throw them away. Also, as I have mentioned in other posts, baby M has VERY sensitive skin! The disposable wipes have all sorts of chemicals in them, are a waste of money, and can irritate M's skin. I really have no idea why I didn't switch sooner. By using cloth wipes I will be saving money, helping the environment, and making cloth diapering easier on myself. </div><br />

Bummas were the perfect choice for my first try at cloth wipes! They come in many fun colors, they are 100% cotton - woven velour terry cloth that is milled in the USA, they are a rectangle 5"x7" size, & won't pill shrink or fade! They were very soft on M's skin, easily cleaned up any messes that we had and have been durable in the wash. I will use them again and again with my cloth diapers in place of disposable wipes. They also can be used as burp rags and to clean up really any mess that a baby creates!<br />

<a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/">Mother-ease Cloth Diapers</a> is unlike any cloth diapering company I have ever heard of! There are so many cool things about them that I can't wait to share with you. I know that a lot of you cloth diapering parents are very "green". <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/">Mother-ease</a> is as green as it gets! They have been manufacturing cloth diaper systems using 100% green power in their Canadian production facility since 1991. They also offer very high quality leak free diapers. Their fabrics and designs are very innovative and patent protected! They can't be found anywhere else.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>You can imagine my excitement when <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/">Mother-ease</a> sent me a <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/cloth-diapers/WizardUno">Wizard Uno</a> diaper to review and also offered an opportunity for my readers at <a href="http://brookiesbabybargains.blogspot.com/">Brookie's Baby Bargains</a> to win one! I was pretty anxious to try the <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/">Mother-ease Cloth Diapers</a> <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/cloth-diapers/WizardUno">Wizard Uno</a> because it is different than any other diaper I have tried. The Mother-ease <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/cloth-diapers/WizardUno">Wizard Uno</a> is truly an all in one! I didn't have to snap anything in, stuff (or un-stuff before washing), or cover anything. The diaper is ready to go as is (after washing of course).<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj29vbItMzSATG_4Y4AzTHXVfK4_6vIFniFzv-B8Br03V1GPSAt2UHir4CgogwH5gzA3NhOr3mQm6444hJtCZXLLQhn5beiPITyztx7Z7q5zINcylf-KIBHu44R7SrMNnKbI-e2TOSuPZA/s1600/DSCF1114.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj29vbItMzSATG_4Y4AzTHXVfK4_6vIFniFzv-B8Br03V1GPSAt2UHir4CgogwH5gzA3NhOr3mQm6444hJtCZXLLQhn5beiPITyztx7Z7q5zINcylf-KIBHu44R7SrMNnKbI-e2TOSuPZA/s200/DSCF1114.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div>I usually try to stick with pocket diapers because of drying time and the ability to add extra absorbency. Then I discovered the <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/cloth-diapers/WizardUno">Wizard Uno</a>!!! The unique design allows for quick drying time and the option to add in extra absorbency! This is not something I have ever seen in an all in one. Because the absorbent inside material is not attached in the middle of the diaper (see photo) you can add more absorbency, still have fast drying, and be able to wash it more thoroughly than other all in ones.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNPRunI_JusNd4lpwWCdtwNtNPZy3ZhaAbVparnPN_IghoyiWyFqjcMjAUhJa4K2EGAvDIGGU0K7LYLk5jTsWdT21IiPcxfa2mWxIe0GXZrR-HIOesizI_B0V9qnIeJSC0Id9kzDdxvcg/s1600/UnoPurpleGlow732px.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNPRunI_JusNd4lpwWCdtwNtNPZy3ZhaAbVparnPN_IghoyiWyFqjcMjAUhJa4K2EGAvDIGGU0K7LYLk5jTsWdT21IiPcxfa2mWxIe0GXZrR-HIOesizI_B0V9qnIeJSC0Id9kzDdxvcg/s320/UnoPurpleGlow732px.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifN1ZIEgXi3YHPV6SIEt9Trld34f5urYoVXSY5XYDuDIpEdI86oHia11g24_96V_8Lf3ks_wlYQ7mkZAjK0JfUzoQXLuNWZKB0dVmbzBBIVdNOxtXkWfBei50IMzEgeOiIVxU9sz_RDYY/s1600/DSCF1120.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifN1ZIEgXi3YHPV6SIEt9Trld34f5urYoVXSY5XYDuDIpEdI86oHia11g24_96V_8Lf3ks_wlYQ7mkZAjK0JfUzoQXLuNWZKB0dVmbzBBIVdNOxtXkWfBei50IMzEgeOiIVxU9sz_RDYY/s320/DSCF1120.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><br />
The inner material is unlike any material I have ever seen in a cloth diaper. It is a specially designed stay dry fabric. Upon contact moisture is immediately drawn through the pores to the inner absorbent core. The stay dry fabric is very soft and easy to clean. Because I have the best luck ever (not) my baby decided to poop the very first time she wore this diaper! I was not at home either and didn't get a chance to rinse it for over 3 hours! I am happy to report that it came right off and looked completely new after washing (and my daughter is known to stain a diaper or 2 on a regular basis). The ultra high tech core is especially designed to be super absorbent. It is patent protected and available only to Mother-ease. It will absorb 1.7 times the amount of any competing absorbent insert (by weight.) Since the absorbent core is so effective the Uno fits super slim and still provides the absorbency you need. The material does a good job of keeping M's skin dry. It seems to keep her much more dry than the microfleece that is inside most of her diapers.<br />

She even had a few situations that would have been "blow outs" in another diaper. Everything stayed in! This diaper is basically leak proof because the design creates 2 leg gussets and it has a soft binding on the entire outside edge of the diaper.<br />
The Wizard Uno is offered in sizes XSmall, Small, Medium, and Large. Because of the high quality of these diapers, the cost is on the higher end for a cloth diaper ($23.50-$28.95 depending on the size). Because they are sized, you would need to get a full stash in each size. This might not be your most cost effective option. This diaper can be saved for a night time diaper or for when you need something completely leak proof. The good news is that Mother-ease offers a more cost effective option! They have a one-size Wizard diaper in the <a href="http://www.mother-ease.com/cloth-diapers/WizardEasyStuff">EasyStuff style</a> that will keep things at a lower cost, but you can still experience this unique design!<br />
<div><br />
</div><div><b>Pros:</b></div><div>Use 100% green power </div><div>All in one - no snapping, stuffing or covering</div><div>Can still add extra absorbency</div><div>Still dries quickly</div><div>Amazing stay-dry material only available from Mother-ease</div><div>2 leg gussets and soft binding make it leak proof</div><div>Slim and trim fit</div><div><br />
</div><div><b>Cons:</b></div><div>Comes in sized options, rather than one size</div><div>Price is a little high to build an entire stash in each size</div><div>I'd like to see more color and print options<br />

</div>I am thrilled to present Lotus Bumz to all of you. Lotus Bumz is a new cloth diapering company that just launched last month! It was started by a work at home mom, Lorain (read more about Lorain and how she started Lotus Bumz <a href="http://dailymothering.com/work-at-home-mom-spotlight-lorain-danus-herder/">HERE</a>). She makes "the adorable affordable"! With cloth diapers available in an assortment of fun colors and prints for between $10-11, that couldn't be more true!<br />
<div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxzYiPR6xNlG0xOumaz1nPAzmZSaHyEGFWZWGFiAQjMjlr2bFmrnTPPKh-vrzCGpMEiAnO_VfMJWcTgxDGZ_lvI4yrgu_gnHuV7JzW3h6ps5Kqp_gzUMu-pgtcAYiYnv7chHBKZJ93P98/s1600/thumb.php.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxzYiPR6xNlG0xOumaz1nPAzmZSaHyEGFWZWGFiAQjMjlr2bFmrnTPPKh-vrzCGpMEiAnO_VfMJWcTgxDGZ_lvI4yrgu_gnHuV7JzW3h6ps5Kqp_gzUMu-pgtcAYiYnv7chHBKZJ93P98/s1600/thumb.php.png" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Lotus Bumz sent me their "Rock Star Red" one size pocket cloth diaper to review. My first thought upon ripping the package open out of excitement, was that the print was very patriotic. I am excited for M to be able to wear it for the 4th next year! It is also a cute print that she can wear year round. They also offer the star print in purple and green and a monkey print in pink or blue. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The outer material is a shiny PUL to prevent leaks. The inside lining is made of Suedecloth. There are 3 rows of adjustment snaps to allow the diaper to fit until potty training, which I love! It has hip snaps to prevent the sides from drooping and causing leaking. It has waist tab overlaps for an extra small waist, which I also love and was a feature I was using on any diaper that I could until M just recently grew a little bigger. This feature also makes it so that you can fold your diaper up and snap it closed extra tight after a diaper change if you are out and about and forget a wetbag. Each diaper includes one 3-layer microfiber insert. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig23KIowrAUgcoBQZbYH_xQ8RmRvtG-_IqKoZmOKUKB4VUloalFAYC1b48qx2AgQo7dItPc3DrEXkaok-gXfFLNBY03dkjpAxt1gqnoohjRNcbhH92YJpqXI77nSYi72rYGavOHU1BCr4/s1600/insidestardiaper2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig23KIowrAUgcoBQZbYH_xQ8RmRvtG-_IqKoZmOKUKB4VUloalFAYC1b48qx2AgQo7dItPc3DrEXkaok-gXfFLNBY03dkjpAxt1gqnoohjRNcbhH92YJpqXI77nSYi72rYGavOHU1BCr4/s400/insidestardiaper2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">This diaper worked really well for baby M. She was able to do her usual thing (roll, scoot, bounce, wiggle and move) without any leaks! This is a feature I really look for in a diaper. One thing I hate the most is when a diaper leaks if my baby is being really active. So, I was happy to see that it held up to M's wiggle and bounce test! She also had no red marks on her legs after the diaper was changed. This is another issue that is common with baby M. She has a tiny waist and bigger thighs. So, when a diaper is adjusted to fit around her waist, it is usually too small around her legs. This diaper was just tight enough on the legs to keep the leaks in, but didn't leave any red marks from being too tight. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj90g3hNlTEXzcKHcOdnw-yEoqdiQTi6n0IU1hEnd4F50aWNl-bhXN3ZQz3rVZpavY8Y-Bwpajjnr7RivoED0AifCPg28aktjCFA54_vO13roM9hfbULZ4ZhoFMyCgDOgCtV8DyNE_6f0E/s1600/DSCF1125.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj90g3hNlTEXzcKHcOdnw-yEoqdiQTi6n0IU1hEnd4F50aWNl-bhXN3ZQz3rVZpavY8Y-Bwpajjnr7RivoED0AifCPg28aktjCFA54_vO13roM9hfbULZ4ZhoFMyCgDOgCtV8DyNE_6f0E/s200/DSCF1125.jpg" width="200" /></a></div><br />

</ol><div style="text-align: center;"><b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">Now on to the REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY!!! </span></b><br />
<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">Motherlove Diaper Rash & Thrush Salve</span></b></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcRK29e8pFDKDe_46AQhWeHNpgvHQZbcEMaCU4kw4D4Tb0eBOx18LQUtJk0FoDkYQkTuscr0m1XUF3VuL5AN8Y23hIU9h4-eaw1TUMmOPyhFkNjqhyGj6cF2X6Cg2ODcnFT4G_B2cllxI/s1600/diaperrashandthrush_main.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcRK29e8pFDKDe_46AQhWeHNpgvHQZbcEMaCU4kw4D4Tb0eBOx18LQUtJk0FoDkYQkTuscr0m1XUF3VuL5AN8Y23hIU9h4-eaw1TUMmOPyhFkNjqhyGj6cF2X6Cg2ODcnFT4G_B2cllxI/s320/diaperrashandthrush_main.jpg" width="192" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div>Sweetbottoms sent me a 1 oz jar of Motherlove Diaper Rash and Thrush Salve to try out on baby M's VERY sensitive skin! I was very anxious to try it since I had tried 2 other cloth diaper safe creams that I was less than impressed with. Oh how I wish I knew about this when M had thrush! It would have worked wonders for the both of us! It is effective for diaper rash and can be used on nursing nipples that have been affected by thrush. I will keep this on hand in case there is another bout of thrush or a yeast related diaper rash and rears it's UGLY head! This salve can also be used on day to day diaper rash, persistent diaper rash, and eczema (which baby M deals with on a daily basis)! It is all natural and certified organic! Ingredients include extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, oregon grape root, myrrh, yarrow, calendula. My favorite part about this product is that it is cloth diaper safe! There are times that M's diaper rash has been so bad that I have had to put her in disposables for a few days while it cleared up so that I could use my preferred diaper rash cream. I have tried other cloth safe creams, and still preferred my other cream that was not cloth safe.<br />
<br />
</div><div>I tried Motherlove Diaper Rash and Thrush Salve for 2 days on M's eczema and diaper rash and was pretty impressed. I am usually pretty weary to try anything new on M's skin because 90% of the things I try end up giving her an adverse reaction. She has the most sensitive skin! But, no new irritations occurred and some of the red spots were gone within 1-2 diaper changes! It was very nice to use it with her cloth diapers and not have to fear that I had ruined them. I had yet to find anything that worked very well on M's eczema. I am not a big fan of using something with steroids on her skin like her pediatrician had recommended. So, I was excited to try something on her eczema that was all natural. I noticed in just the 2 days that her dry and red skin patches were looking much better! I am looking forward to using this on a long term basis to see if it makes the difference with her sensitive skin & eczema that I have been looking for. It also smells really good. </div><div><br />
</div><div>Pros:</div><div><ul><li>All natural and certified organic</li>
<li>Cloth diaper safe</li>
<li>Natural alternative for thrush and yeast diaper rash - including Mom's nursing nipples</li>
<li>Did not cause any irritation on M's sensitive skin</li>
<li>Cleared up diaper rash redness in 1-2 diaper changes</li>
<li>Seems to be working on M's eczema</li>
<li>Smells good</li>
</ul><div>Cons:</div></div><div><ul><li>Small packaging! 1 oz might not be enough for my needs considering M's eczema and sensitive skin. I need to use at least a pea size per use, and it seems to be made to be more of a balm/finger swipe use. </li>
<li>The fact that I didn't know about it sooner!!! (Can that count as a con?) I really wish I had this through our bout with thrush. </li>
</ul><div style="text-align: center;"><b>Buy it: Check out <a href="http://www.sweetbottomsbaby.com/?AffId=14">Sweetbottoms Baby Boutique</a> to purchase Motherlove Diaper Rash and Thrush Salve (and all of your favorite cloth diapering and natural parenting items). </b></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><br />

My name is Whit and I will be helping Brooke out with a few reviews for the blog. I'm really excited to be able to provide some help when choosing diapers. I have an 8 months old baby girl. Mine and Brooke's girls were born 4 days apart. I have been cloth diapering C since she was in between 3-4 months old. I, like many other moms, went and am still going cloth diapering crazy! I love it!</b></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" ><b><br /></b></span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" ><b><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zXR7LxbUmr8/TqHnT-5qs-I/AAAAAAAABvE/Qm5w_X5Kicw/s400/champ-noir.jpg" style="text-align: left;display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 300px; " border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5666064136697197538" /></b></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" ><b><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">GoGreen</span> Champ 2.0 Diaper Review</b></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" ><b><br /></b></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" ><b>I recently purchased 6 <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">GoGreen</span> Champs and I absolutely love them. She's about 17 lbs now, average on the waist sizing with some chunky legs. These diapers fit her amazingly well. I don't have to tug on the waist tabs to get them tight enough to have a secure fit and the snaps are quick and easy to get secure. The fabric is soft and the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">minky</span> isn't too fluffy to cause extra bulk. There is a double gusset on the inside that helps keep in really crazy messes. There is a double ended opening which is great for Dads who want to help stuff diapers. The insert snaps in to the front allowing the insert to fit just right. When you have a messy diaper just simply unsnap the insert in the front and it will agitate out in the wash! The double row of snaps provide a better fit when you have a skinnier waist but chunky legs. The hip snaps help eliminate wing droop when on a smaller setting and the cross over snaps allow the diaper to fit smaller babies and are great to roll up and secure the diaper for when you forget your <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5">wetbag</span>. They come in great colors (some I have yet to see in other brands) and some fun prints! Some of the solid colors come with rainbow snaps. Again, a great help for dads when they aren't sure what setting to put the diaper on. Amber, is a cloth diapering mother herself who started Buns Up Baby as a way for parents to find quality cloth diapers at an affordable price<br />
(<b>ONLY $9-$10 EACH!!!!</b>). Those of you that cloth diaper your babies know that some of the brand name diapers are $20+ a piece! Buns Up Baby provides a cloth diaper that is well made and affordable (and in my personal opinion, very cute). Amber hopes to help people see that cloth diapering isn't as complicated and time consuming as they may think. Buns Up Baby diapers are eco-friendly, wallet friendly, and also mom (and dad too) friendly!<br />
After seeing Buns Up Baby featured on another blog, I contacted Amber to see if I could review her diapers as well and host a giveaway for my readers. I was ELATED when she said yes. I jumped for joy when I received my Buns Up Baby diaper in the mail. Fluffy mail is one of my favorite things in the world. I also got to pick the print that I wanted for the diaper. There were SO MANY color and print choices that it was very hard to decide. The diaper that I chose to review is the adorable "Zainey Zebra" print in the "<a href="http://www.bunsupbaby.com/pocket-diapers-minkee-buns.html">Minkee Buns Pocket Diaper</a>". Baby M just looks adorable in animal prints, so I couldn't wait to get it prepped and in action!<br />

Buns Up Baby diapers are a one size pocket diaper. They have snaps to adjust the size to fit from 8-35 pounds! Their diapers are available in minkee (a soft fuzzy material lined with PUL) and silky (polyester knit lined with PUL) materials. The outer layer lined with PUL replaces the need for the plastic diaper covers of the past (that your grandma hated), however, this material still allows for airflow. The inside of the diaper is lined with a soft microfleece that wicks moisture away from your baby's bottom. Between the outside layer and the microfleece lining is an insert pad. Each diaper comes with one insert. Simply slide the insert into in an opening in the back of the diaper between the two layers (the pocket). The insert pad is comprised of three layers of microterry and is 33cm x 13.5cm. You can add more inserts if you would like more absorbency (such as for a night diaper).<br />

It has a soft minkee fabric in a very fun print. It also has a trim fit, so her clothes still fit over it, yet it was still absorbent. I have found that some of my trimmer fitting diapers look great, but leak. This diaper looks great and also holds it all in. I used this diaper on my baby for over 4 hours the first time we used it (she took a VERY long nap while wearing it). We had no leaks, no red marks, no rash, NO PROBLEMS. I have washed and re-used this diaper several times and have had no issues at all. I was a bit worried with an amazing price of only $10 each, that I would run into the same problem that I have run into with other affordable diapers, that it would eventually leak. But, so far so good! The diaper seems to withstand through washing and use without any problems.<br />

It has adjustable rise snaps so that it will fit baby as they grow in length, hip snaps for a great fit around baby without gaps near the legs, and a double row of snaps across the top. The double row across the top is great for a skinny baby! For someone who is new to cloth, this may seem like too many snaps and may seem intimidating, but - once you get the fit right once, you will know how it fits baby and it will be a breeze. I would much rather have a diaper that fits perfectly and has a lot of snaps! The amount of snaps also allows for the diaper to continue to fit perfectly as baby grows and changes. </div><div class="" style="clear: both; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_vDGelV2GzI98HSw3xeWz2OUiAojpwVslD78P0uTI2wHmsERkAF_UA7ZSjyujyqDWAhx4nB4eB7HkhuY7QdlukbhkqVCvFF0f8nm25BHV42_bFeuX2GEXmwH6i_Avt2TIjto9PaDKVUA/s1600/DSCF0230.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_vDGelV2GzI98HSw3xeWz2OUiAojpwVslD78P0uTI2wHmsERkAF_UA7ZSjyujyqDWAhx4nB4eB7HkhuY7QdlukbhkqVCvFF0f8nm25BHV42_bFeuX2GEXmwH6i_Avt2TIjto9PaDKVUA/s320/DSCF0230.jpg" width="320" /></a><br />
Another great feature that I found in this diaper was the placement of the pocket opening. On ALL of my other pocket diapers, the pocket is located more on the inside and doesn't keep the insert in place as well and has annoying fabric that bunches up in the back. With the back placement of the pocket, I almost couldn't even find where to place the insert, I thought to myself for a moment "Is this an all in one diaper? I thought it was a pocket diaper?". That is how hard to see the pocket opening is, and that is a good thing. The opening is large enough to slide the insert in with no problems, but is small enough that it is hard to see and doesn't cause the insert to move or cause bunching in the back of the diaper.<br />

</ul><br />
<b>Cons:</b><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here is a pic of baby M in the very first cloth diaper that she ever wore. I am in love with this pic. The print is the Eiffel Tower print from the bumGenius 4.0 Artist Series by Chelsea Perry. The bumGenius 4.0 is a microfiber pocket diaper. All of our bumGenius 4.0s are in snaps, but they are available in alpix as well. They come in a wide variety of colors and in the Artist Series prints. This diaper is one size, so it adjusts with your baby as they grow! So, you only need to buy 1 size and it will fit your baby from newborn to potty training!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I will admit, the very first time that she wore this diaper, we had a leak! I was bummed since I bought 12 of these diapers on a sale and was crossing my fingers that they would be great. Well, turns out that the leak was because I was new to cloth and didn't know how tight to put the diaper on. Since then, we have had no leaks with this diaper, and it is a good thing since we have 12 of them! We have been using this diaper for months now and it takes up over half of our stash, and that is a good thing since we love this diaper.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><b>Cons:</b></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><ul><li style="text-align: left;">This diaper is a little bit bulky for my taste</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">I do currently have one of these in the wash right now with a pretty bad stain on it from a fun "would have been a blowout if we didn't use cloth" that won't seem to lift</li>
</ul><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><b>Pros:</b></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><ul><li style="text-align: left;">The colors and prints are gorgeous</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">It comes in snaps which I love, it is a perfect fit for my average sized baby bum</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">It is one size and will fit until potty training</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">It rarely leaves red marks on her chubby little legs, there is no gap at the top between the diaper and her tummy</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">It is a very affordable diaper! Less than $18 for a brand name, reputable, pocket diaper. YES PLEASE! </li>
<li style="text-align: left;">This diaper comes with a free newborn insert that can be used as a doubler as well, which makes it a great night diaper. These diapers also come with a warranty!!!</li>

</a>Meagan from the <a href="http://largebummies.blogspot.com/">Large Bummies</a> blog and the <a href="http://www.etsy.com/listing/77669185/fitted-cloth-diaper">Lights 106</a> Etsy site is a good friend of mine. She is actually one of two people that talked to me about cloth diapering baby M and converting me. She has been a great resource for me whenever I have had a cloth diapering question. Soon after I was done with disposables, she made me a fitted cloth diaper. I loved it so much that I asked her to be a part of my <a href="http://brookiesbabybargains.blogspot.com/2011/07/its-here-100-followers-giveaway-ends.html">100 Follower Giveaway at Brookies Baby Bargains</a>. Luckily for all of you, she said yes!</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><br />
</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">I had never tried a fitted cloth diaper. The whole concept confused me. I didn't understand why it was needed if I add in an extra insert and have to use a cover. What is the point then? Well, after trying it I found that it adds a lot of extra absorbency and it prevents leaks since it fits the baby a lot better than most diapers. It is the perfect addition for night diapering. Fitted diapers can also be used without a cover (under close supervision to prevent leaks) to give baby a little more air flow on days that they have a diaper rash.</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><br />
</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Here are a few of my favorite things about this diaper:</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><br />

</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><b>The best thing about this diaper is that it is only $10!</b> For a cloth diapering mom on a budget (aren't we all? After all, saving money is one of the main benefits of cloth diapering), it adds to your stash without breaking the bank.</div><div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><br />
